Compensation for making personal electronic health data available

In short: A healthcare provider or a third party shall not directly or indirectly charge data subjects a fee or costs, or require compensation, for sharing or accessing data.

Providers receiving data under this Chapter shall not be required to compensate the healthcare provider for making personal electronic health data available.
