Implementing Act related to EHDS Article 40(4)

Subject of this implementing act is the definition of the common specifications for the European digital testing environment.

EHDS doesn't specifcy a deadline for the publication of this implementing act, which means the effective deadline is March 2029.

Discussion

This Implementing Act is likely to be based on the common specification in Article 36, as well as the EEHRxF specifications defined by Article 15, inclusive of the Obligations and terminology binding obligations contained therein.

The Digital testing Environment (DTE) will likely be based on the ITB tool (as developed by DG DIGIT).
