Article 17

Requirements for technical implementation

In short: Requirements for the technical implementation of the rights of natural persons and health professionals.

The Commission shall, by means of [Article 17] implementing acts, determine the requirements for the technical implementation of the rights set out in this Section [section 1 of Chapter II, articles 3 up to 18]..

Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 98(2).
